Positive: The apartment was spacious enough, the house is considerably clean.. The location is not that far from uitm shah alam main campus Negative: What we are most unhappy about is the parking charges which were passed to the guests. Despite the pretty expensive rate (RM363.83 before deducting the genius points). It wasn't mention in the booking.com advertisement, so it took us by surprise when we found out that we had to pay for parking. We checked in just before 11pm & made an exit at 7.30 am the next morning to send our daughter tp uitm & returned 1 hour later. Upon this exit, the parking charges was RM11. Then around 8.30am, we reenter the parking lot. Upon checking out at 11+am,, we were further charged another RM5. Making it a total of RM16 in parking charges. So, in short, for a 12-hour stay at the apartment, we spent almost RM380 (RM379.80) in total. 1 more thing, I also spotted some small baby roaches scurrying near the microwave oven, the kettle & in the drawer where the utensils we placed. It is also high time for the chopping board to be discarded. I couldn't get myself to use it, even to place & cut some tomatoes & shallots on it for my tuna wraps. It would also be timely for the host to replace the microwave oven as it didn't function well anymore. The function keys were simply frustrating.. they did not work even after many attempts. After trying for the umpteenth number of times, finally there was light, rotation & sound, but no heating took place.. 🥴 The fridge was pretty unstable.. every time we tried to open the door, it almost topple down. I would also suggest the host place a dish drainer near the sink or at least put a high absorbent mat, so that the plates, utensils & cutleries can dry up a little before they are returned to the cabinet. Other than that, everything else is acceptable.

Positive: The stay is conveniently located close to major attractions, and the view is nice. Overall, the experience was okay, but the toilet could have been cleaner.
