Positive: House is spacious. Both rooms are clean. Tv is functioning. Easy to check in. Staffs are helpful. Basic necessities are provided. Negative: Eearly check out at 11am.should be 12pm.so, need to pay late check out fee rm25. Lower part of refrigerator is not cold.

not worth it with the price. owner need to be serious if u wanna run an airbnb business. Positive: Just the aircond & wifi is good. Negative: The unit did not match the photos at all. The pictures looked stunning, but upon arrival, the actual condition was very disappointing. It felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere was unsettling the moment I entered. The gap between the photos and reality was extremely far. The wardrobe was dusty, and even the towels provided were dirty, which was very unacceptable. This further highlighted the lack of proper housekeeping and quality control. I-Soho at I-City is usually beautiful, so I did not expect this experience. My previous stays at other units were clean and well taken care of, but this one was truly disheartening. The difference between the advertised images and the real condition was far too significant.
